I can't find my PACKAGE, but it shows DELIVERED
There are rare circumstances when a package shows delivered, but you cannot find it.
Often we find the following cases :
- A nearby residence ( a neighbor) may have received it on accident and returns it
- A family member or resident receives it, but forgets to notify the other
- The shipper realizes they may have delivered it to the wrong address and attempts to rectify it
- The package is left in a location that is not easily visible or uncommon to you
If possible consider the above. In any case our responsibility is to ensure you get your item. We will file the claim, after receiving your affidavit.
If we cannot find your package following the Shipper's investigation, we will either :
Ship you another package at our cost, or refund you.
Unfortunately porch thieves and shipper efficiency is an issue we face. We strive to make this right for you.
