Refilling the HP 61 / HP 61XL ink cartridges with the Universal Inkjet Refill Kit
Here is a short video showing how to refill the HP 61 ink cartridges with the Universal Inkjet Refill Kit:

With the BLACK Universal Inkjet Refill Kit ® (comes with 64ml Universal black ink, 32ml cartridge and print head cleaner, tools, instructions, bonus photo paper), you can refill the HP 61 black cartridge 18 times (it holds 3.5ml ink), and the HP 61 XL black cartridge 7 times (it holds 8.5ml ink). With the COLOR Universal Inkjet Refill Kit ® (comes with 32ml each Universal cyan, magenta, yellow ink, 32ml cartridge and print head cleaner, tools, instructions, bonus photo paper), you can refill the HP 61 color cartridge 24 times (it holds 1.5ml ink per), and the HP 61 XL color cartridge 12 times (it holds 2.5ml ink per color).
